Second dishes

Our meats, rigorously selected, are cooked on the spot with charcoal grills; this cooking transmits aromas to food that are difficult to match. The fats, dripping onto the embers, produce light fumes which, rising towards the meat, give it a characteristic flavour.

All of our meats are served with roasted potatoes!

    Fiorentina steak of about 1100 gr of Black Angus Ireland Premium. Obtained from the loin, it is a carefully selected meat of female cattle, which has never given birth, aged between 15 and 22 months. Its destiny is to be cooked on the grill. Recommended cooking: rare or medium.

  • Costata 600gr. Di Aberdeen Angus Irlanda premium € 28,00

    Rib steak of about 600 gr of Black Angus Ireland Premium. It is one of the finest meats in the world, it is an ancient breed bred in a semi-wild state on the Scottish prairies. Then also introduced on the Irish island thanks to its favorable climate and immense green meadows. The marbling of the meat, the thin veins of fat that melt during cooking, make the meat soft and with an intense flavour. Recommended cooking: rare or medium.
